Nurse Leader: Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead to support the General Manager and lead clinical governance in a busy care home. You will drive high standards of care, supervise a multidisciplinary team and ensure regulatory compliance through audits and practice reviews.

The role requires active NMC registration as RN/RMN, teaching/mentoring qualifications, and experience with safeguarding, risk assessments, and budget oversight.
