Nursery Assistant - Canterbury September Start | 4 or 5 Days per Week | 9:00am - 5:00pm Are you an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Assistant looking for a new role from September? We are currently working with a lovely nursery in Canterbury who are looking to welcome a dedicated Nursery Assistant to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous nursery or early years experience who is passionate about supporting young children during such an important stage of their development. The role will involve working 4 or 5 days per week, with working hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, starting in September. The Role As a Nursery Assistant, you will: Support children with their learning, development and day-to-day activities Help to create a safe, fun and nurturing environment Encourage children through play-based learning and structured activities Work closely with the wider nursery team Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents/carers Support with personal care and daily routines where required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working within a nursery, early years or childcare setting A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is desirable A genuine passion for working with young children A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach The ability to work well as part of a team A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of childrenIf you're looking for a rewarding Nursery Assistant role in Canterbury, with a September start and a supportive working environment, we'd love to hear from you!
