We're looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our Fair Oak nursery, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional care and education while driving operational excellence and growth.

What You'll be doing:

Leading and developing a high-performing nursery team

Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

Driving employee engagement, retention, and performance

Ensuring compliance, quality, and outstanding outcomes for children

Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues

Managing nursery performance, occupancy growth, and commercial success

Supporting recruitment, development, and succession planning

What We're Looking For:

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

Leadership experience within an Early Years setting (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or similar)

Experience supporting regulatory inspections leading to a Good or Outstanding outcome

Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and regulatory compliance

A proven track record of developing successful teams and delivering high-quality practice

Commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational performance and service excellence

A full compliance process will be xwzovoh done for any successful candidate including an enhanced DBS check
