This is an ideal role for a confident leader who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare, supporting staff development, and creating an exceptional environment for children, families, and colleagues.
The Role As Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding, compliance, and customer service are maintained at all times.
You will work closely with your Deputy Manager to ensure the nursery operates effectively throughout the week, providing strong leadership, clear direction, and a positive culture for both children and staff.
This position offers genuine autonomy, allowing you to organise your working time to ensure the nursery remains fully operational and successful.
