Nursery Manager

At Zero2Five, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery in Gallions (E16). What You'll Do Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing nursery team. Deliver an inspiring EYFS curriculum that supports every child's development. Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety and wellbeing. Build trusted partnerships with parents through open, positive communication. Manage budgets and resources to ensure outstanding nursery provision. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement to achieve excellence in everything you do. What You'll Bring Level 3 CCLD qualification (or equivalent) or above. Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years. At least 2 years' Nursery Management experience, ideally including Ofsted inspections. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent organisational, delegation and time management skills. Enhanced DBS check.
