Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - North Hykeham Location: North Hykeham (LN6) Salary: £23,000 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Permanent / Long-Term with Permanent Opportunity Hours: 4 or 5 days per week | Shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm Are you a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a new opportunity from September? Simply Education is working with a welcoming nursery in North Hykeham (LN6) who are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional looking for a stable role with the potential to secure a permanent position. The nursery is looking for someone who can commit to 4 or 5 days per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 6:00pm. About the Role You will play an important part in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children within the nursery. The role will involve: * Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and play. * Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment. * Following the EYFS framework and supporting children's individual learning journeys. * Completing observations and contributing to assessments. * Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. * Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development. * Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery room. * Working collaboratively with the wider nursery team. We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: * Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years or Nursery qualification. * Have experience working with children in an Early Years or nursery setting. * Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework. * Be caring, patient and enthusiastic. * Be reliable and committed to providing high-quality childcare. * Be confident working as part of a team and using their own initiative. * Be available to work 4 or 5 days per week, with shifts between 7am and 6pm.
