South East London, particularly around SE13 . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding Early Years environment where you can make a genuine difference to children's development while building your experience and progressing your career. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 05 years.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
framework.
Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development.
Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Work effectively as part of the wider Early Years team.
Support children's individual needs and development.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and setting policies at all times.
Requirements
A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification, is essential.
Previous experience working in an early years, nursery, pre-school, or childcare setting.
Good knowledge and understanding of the
EYFS framework
and child development.
A caring, enthusiastic, patient, and professional approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Please note: A relevant Level 3 qualification is essential for this role. Candidates without a recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification will not be considered. What We Offer
