Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Wandsworth| SW17 | Salary from £28,000 per annum Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to join a friendly, supportive nursery where your knowledge and passion for Early Years will be truly valued? We're looking for a confident practitioner with at least 2 years' nursery experience and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework to become part of a dedicated team committed to providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for young children. The Role * Full-time, all-year-round position * Choose from: * 40 hours over 5 days, or * 36 hours over 4 days (with your day off rotating each week) * Deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS * Build high-quality relationships with children, parents and colleagues * Act as a Key Person, supporting children's development and wellbeing * Help create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment What We're Looking For * Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursery setting * Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development * A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach * Excellent communication and teamwork skills What's on Offer * Salary from £28,000 per annum (depending on experience) * Choice of a 5-day (40-hour) or 4-day (36-hour) working week * Standard holiday entitlement * Ongoing mandatory training * Supportive and welcoming team * Stable, full-time, all-year-round position Please note: Parking is currently unavailable due to increased local parking costs, so applicants should be able to travel to the nursery using public transport or other means.
