Nursery Practitioner

Are you a Nursery Practitioner looking to take your experience into a school setting? Prospero Teaching is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners who are ready to make the move into Primary Schools, supporting children across Nursery and Reception. This is a great opportunity to use your Early Years experience in a school environment while developing your skills and gaining valuable experience within EYFS. The Role Supporting children across Nursery and Reception Delivering play-based learning and EYFS activities Supporting early phonics, communication and language Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting children with SEND and additional needs Helping children develop confidence, independence and social skillsWhat We're Looking For Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification Good knowledge of the EYFS framework A nurturing, enthusiastic and reliable approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Location: Sandwell & surrounding areas Start: September 2026 Hours: Typically 8:30am3:30pm, term time Roles: Full-time, part-time, long-term & flexible supply Pay: Competitive daily rates dependent on experience and assignment Ready to take your Early Years experience into a school setting?
