Occupational Health Manager

Occupational Health Manager Permanent, 4-5 days per week St Andrews  Salary up to £58,226 per annum Hybrid working available We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established in-house occupational health service. This role would be great for someone who is passionate about driving the department forwards and wants the opportunity to shape the OH service. This role is working 50% on site and 50% from home. Occupational Health Manager duties: -Lead the strategic direction, planning and development of the OH service -Lead the OH team, supporting performance, supervision, training, auditing and high quality service delivery -Managing OH case work as required including health surveillance, management referrals etc -Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure service delivery -Lead OH policy & procedure development, ensuring compliance  -Promoting a positive and proactive culture of health and wellbeing Occupational Health Manager required skills: -Registered Nurse with a valid and current NMC registration -Demonstratable experience working directly within occupational health -Part 3 qualified on the NMC register (SCPHN-OH) -Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport -Competency to advise on complex OH cases  To apply please email your CV to (url removed) or call Kevin on  *Greys is a leading Specialist Occupational Health Recruitment Company who works with many leading organisations within the UK.
