By delivering high-quality workforce development, you will empower school staff to confidently lead and support whole-school intervention planning. Develop therapy programmes. Deliver pupil-centred intervention plans. A key function is equipping key adults with the skills to confidently support pupils in achieving their therapy goals.Operating through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice, ensuring children and young people receive the right level of support at the right time. BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy. Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision. Highly experienced in developing training. Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans. CPD and/or training. Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs.
