Under supervision, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating evidence-based group and individual programmes. You will create individual rapports with service users to empower recovery.

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist you will be:
Under supervision, planning and reviewing OT treatment programmes.
Under supervision, identifying and actioning referrals both in-house, including support staff, and to external agencies
Supporting the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways and protocols at Victoria Gardens.
Ensuring that contemporaneous, written and electronic records and activity data are maintained following professional and services standards.
A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate a project for specific groups
You will be working at V ictoria Gardens, a specialist rehabilitation for Service Users with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. You wil l support the service to equip service u sers with the skills required for community living and increased independence.
We have a full multidisciplinary team (MDT) with Nursing, Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker support.
