Ofsted Children's Registered Manager

Ofsted Registered Manager Hours 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with participation in the on-call rota Lead a brand-new childrens residential home from the very beginning and shape the culture, team and outcomes from day one. Within Reach Services is looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into registration to lead a brand-new childrens residential service in Gloucester. This is a rare opportunity to establish a high-quality home from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. An experienced Ofsted Registered Manager who is ready to lead a new service, or At least 2 years experience in childrens residential care within the last 5 years Leadership experience as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Performance-related annual bonus linked to Ofsted outcomes Four wellbeing days per year for personal use Annual leave of 20 days plus bank holidays On-site parking and parking permit for use in city centre locations across Gloucestershire Laptop and work phone provided 900 employee referral bonus Workplace pension Casual wear Annual company wide events You will play a key role in establishing the home environment, developing the team, embedding a positive culture and creating a safe, nurturing setting where young people with emotional and behavioural needs or learning difficulties can thrive. The home will care for a maximum of two children, allowing for highly personalised care, stronger relationships and meaningful outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to help furnish and personalise the home to reflect the individual needs of each young person. You will be supported by a strong leadership structure, including Deputy/Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Support Workers, giving you the resources and support needed to establish and lead a high-quality service. Within Reach Services is a leading privately owned provider of complex care in the Gloucestershire area. We currently operate 7 Ofsted registered childrens homes and 3 CQC registered adult homes . We invest heavily in our managers through structured leadership support, career development, funded qualifications and a strong operational framework. Our childrens homes support young people with SEMH and LD needs, and every home is fully staffed with permanent team members.
