We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Manager to lead a new 4-bedded children's residential home in Doncaster, providing high-quality care and support for a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role

You will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the home, ensuring full compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements.

Working alongside an experienced senior leadership team, you will lead a dedicated staff team, promote positive outcomes for the young person, and ensure the home continues to deliver high-quality care.
