Outside IR35 Milford RES is recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure and utilities organisation seeking an experienced
Overhead Line (OHL) Project Manager
to support the successful delivery of overhead line projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager with strong OHL experience to join a busy programme of works on an initial 6-month contract basis. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of OHL projects up to 33kV. Manage project scope, programme, budget, and resource requirements. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee project planning, risk management, and reporting activities. Drive compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates. Requirements
Proven experience delivering
Overhead Line (OHL) schemes up to 33kV . Demonstrable track record of managing utility, power, or electrical infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and stakeholder management. Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Full UK driving licence. Desirable
Relevant engineering qualification. PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent project management certification. Experience working within DNO, IDNO, ICP, or utility contractor environments. Knowledge of electrical distribution networks and associated regulations. What's on Offer
