On-Shift Hotel Duty Manager: Lead Guests & Team

Premier Inn in Caernarfon is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the hotel during shifts. Working 16 hours per week, you’ll coordinate across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has what they need.

You’ll lead by example, resolve problems quickly and help the hotel run smoothly. This role offers a clear path to future hotel management within Whitbread.
