Onboarding Operations Lead — Compliance, Risk & Automation

Standard Bank Offshore is seeking an experienced Onboarding Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of onboarding teams and drive exceptional client onboarding experiences with world-class standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in banking with advanced regulatory and compliance experience, plus an Advanced Diploma in Business Commerce. Relocation or sponsorship are not offered; eligibility to work in Isle of Man is required.
