Gemini People are expanding our onsite operation and are looking to appoint three Onsite Client Managers to join our team at a key client site in Hinckley.

This is a hands-on operational management position, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a busy logistics environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while developing a strong and trusted relationship with the client.

Working closely with client supervisors and managers, temporary workers and the wider Gemini People recruitment and delivery teams, you will help ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

• Oversee daily onsite workforce operations, including attendance and shift allocation
• Act as a primary onsite contact for client operational teams
• Ensure workforce fulfilment meets agreed volumes and shift requirements
