Onsite Facilities Maintenance Manager - MiCAD Lead

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the Hard Facilities Management (Estates) team at St John's Hospital. This on-site role requires five days per week on site and travel to other NHS Lothian sites.

You will manage the in-house MiCAD system, the Helpdesk, asset database, and provider performance, delivering planned and reactive maintenance in line with statutory and contractual obligations.
