We're excited to welcome a new Operational Supervisor at Ellesmere Port.

Working Hours & Location
This role follows a 37 hours, over a 7 day working pattern, This is a site-based role at Ellesmere Port.

Role Overview:
Working across our visitor attraction, the Operational Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation at National Waterways Museum, Ellesmree Port, alongside leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service. The team will support this through engaging activity participation, the sale of goods and services, and the upkeep of a high quality environment for all visitors.
The Operational Supervisor will champion the Trust's values, both personally and through your team, helping to create an exceptional visitor experience. In this role, you will actively contribute to increasing revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring our sites remain welcoming and enjoyable places to visit.
