Operations Captain: Hands-On Guest Experience Leader

Hotel Co 51 is seeking an Operations Manager (Assistant Captain) for Moxy Edinburgh Airport. This full-time, hands-on leadership role will see you lead by example on the floor, coaching your team and ensuring service excellence in a lively lobby and F&B setting.

You’ll support the General Manager, recruit and develop a strong team, manage guest relations, oversee room and F&B operations, and ensure food safety and brand standards.
