Operations Coordinator

GoreVega are looking for a passionate skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen. GoreVega are a supplier of well services personnel specialising in coiled tubing, pumping and cementing. The role is a perfect fit for individuals who are excellent communicators, enthusiastic, sociable, team players who enjoy a fast-paced varied role. We are looking for individuals that work closely with offshore professionals and have the ability to build a pool of trusted individuals that match our clients requirements.

Job requirements

• Manage existing client relationships as well as building new relationships to ensure continued and increased commitment
• Recruiting, selecting and evaluating professionals on various levels
• Receiving and reviewing applications and short-listing candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable and willing to have daily discussions/negotiations over the phone
• Attend client meetings online and in person
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts on social media
• Manage logistics for our clients: booking flights, accommodation, training and visas
• Maintaining the files of contracted professionals
• Ensure clients are invoiced in a timely manner
• Participate in on call schedule on a rotational basis
• Previous experience in a recruitment/operations environment is preferred
• Experience working in well services industries preferred but not essential
• Perform any other duties or tasks deemed appropriate by management in support of GoreVega’s operational and business needs
• A full UK driving license is preferred
