Operations Director, Construction Consultancy (Hybrid)

Mace is seeking an experienced commercial lead within construction consultancy to drive feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement and value management across private sector retail, leisure, hospitality and mixed-use projects. You’ll lead high-performing teams, manage client interfaces and ensure service excellence.

You will influence contracts, valuations and final accounts, contribute to marketing and business development in your region, and mentor junior staff.
