We are seeking an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to lead our operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of projects and excellent service delivery. Role Overview: As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of drainage engineers and tankering operatives, overseeing operations, coordinating projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a hands-on managerial role focused on efficiency, quality, and operational excellence. Lead and manage a team of drainage engineers and tankering staff. Oversee and review quotations for drainage projects. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality and compliance. Conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, and support their professional development. Technical knowledge of drainage systems, tankering, and excavation. Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Proven experience in a managerial role within the drainage or tankering industry. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
