Operations Lead: Scheduling, Hiring & Client Delivery

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking an experienced Operations lead to manage cleaning staff, plan schedules, and oversee service delivery across client sites in the UK. You will hire from internal leads, assign jobs, and attend site visits to secure engagements.

The role requires 2-5 years in operations, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating multiple priorities. You will collaborate with Sales and the Department Head to drive process improvements and growth.
