Operations Manager

We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager with experience in Highway Maintenance, Traffic Management (TM) or Road Barrier (VRS) to join a national contractor, based in the Cambridgeshire / South Lincolnshire region.

The successful candidate will manage a busy depot, taking control of all planning, programming and resource mangement for up to 4 gangs.

You will be working closely with internal management, supply chain partners and clients to pre‑plan upcoming activities and organise assigned workstreams, ensuring all operations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the xwzovoh highest standard.

Applicants must have supervisory or management experience in the UK highway sector, in highway maintenance, road construction, traffic management, surfacing or barrier / VRS.
