Operations Manager – Construction / Commercial Glazing South East (office-based (Brighton) with site travel) £60,000 – £70,000 + bonus + package We’re working with a growing construction contractor delivering commercial glazing, window, door and façade packages across the South East. With a strong pipeline of work and turnover approaching £5m, the business is continuing to scale and is now looking to bring in an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of project delivery and help drive structure, systems and performance across the company. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to genuinely shape how operations are run within a growing business. The Role This is a hands-on position overseeing multiple live projects from order through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing programmes, coordinating teams, and acting as the main point of contact for clients. You will take ownership of overall delivery, ensuring projects run on time, efficiently, and to a high standard.
