We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to begin their story with us based in our Beckingham Depot. We are looking for someone who embodies our values of being hardworking, grounded and proud of the work they do.

Working closely with depot teams, clients and colleagues, you'll ensure the right plant, attachments and people are in place to deliver contracts safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll lead operational planning, resource allocation and team performance while building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence and commercial performance.

What you'll be doing :

• Leading the safe and efficient delivery of works, ensuring resources are available and utilised effectively.
