Job Description

HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OperationsManager to lead and manage the operations across multiple residential childcareservices across multiple homes whilst complying with the Scottish frameworksand regulations.

About the Operations Manager role

To lead and manage the operationaldelivery of high-quality residential childcare services across multiple homes.

The Operations Manager will supportRegistered Managers, promote trauma-informed care, and drive continuousimprovement in outcomes for children and young people

Requirements

About You

• SVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Social Servicesand Healthcare or Leadership and Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential childcare, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of Scottish childprotection legislation, The Promise, and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience of managing multiple sites
