Our client has an outstanding position for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.
The role – Operations Manager
You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our client's facility. This includes managing people, processes, and resources to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in line with client's values and sustainability goals.
Experience
- Lead the day-to-day management of all site activities, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental permits, health & safety legislation, and company policies.
- Manage, develop, and motivate site staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Deliver operational targets relating to productivity, efficiency, quality, and service.
- Ensure effective scheduling, planning, and resource utilisation to meet customer requirements.
- Oversee site maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure operational resilience.
- Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and KPIs, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Liaise with customers, regulators, contractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues effectively.
