Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business in Pickering. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. • Lead site-wide manufacturing operations ensuring production plans and customer demand are achieved.
• Own SQDCP performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People while monitoring KPIs, productivity, OEE, downtime, scrap and rework.
• Provide operational leadership, managing Production Managers, Supervisors and wider teams while building accountability, engagement, capability and succession
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, structured problem solving, waste reduction, standardisation and improvements to production flow and efficiency.
