The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising various tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Duties: * Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the company * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures * Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement * Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity * Good at managing the staffs * Coordinate and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control * Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition * Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions * Maintain accurate records of operations, including reports, budgets, and performance metrics * Expected to take part in the out of hours on call rota Skills: * Strong technical skills in Drainage and Waste Management * Basic math skills for inventory management and budgeting purposes * Commercial driving experience is a plus * Strong man-management skills is a must * Excellent problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges effectively * ability to develop the business in the North East of England To apply, please submit your resume highlighting your relevant experience.
