Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business in Pickering. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. You will lead and develop the operational team, working closely with key support functions to optimise performance, improve processes and deliver continuous operational excellence.   Operations Manager   Permanent Salary dependent on experience Pickering   Operations Manager Job Description Lead site-wide manufacturing operations ensuring production plans and customer demand are achieved. Own SQDCP performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People while monitoring KPIs, productivity, OEE, downtime, scrap and rework.
