Operations Resource Planner — Production Excellence

Marshall Land Systems is seeking an Operations Resource Co-ordinator to support the UK Operations management team. You will help onboard, plan, allocate and utilise production resources, coordinating with HR, QHSE, Finance, IT for smooth operations.

Key duties include identifying future operational needs, improving onboarding, supporting recruitment, ensuring compliance, and producing management reports to aid decisions.
