Operations & Systems Manager

Hales Group are recruiting for an Operations & Systems Manager to join our client based in Halesworth, Suffolk. • Become the in-house expert for the company's ERP system
• Support the onboarding and ongoing operational management of key customer accounts
• Coordinate EDI requirements and customer-specific processes
• Investigate and resolve operational, systems and process-related issues
• Act as a key link between office, warehouse and external partners
