Safely and precisely operating the paving machinery to maintain a consistent line, level, and material flow. Executing precise patterns to achieve specified compaction and a smooth, high-quality surface. Site Guidance: Safely marshaling asphalt wagons and site plant as the vital eyes and ears in busy off-highway environments. Assisting with site preparation (sweeping, tack-coating, setting out) and keeping all tools and equipment in safe, peak working condition. Whether you are a specialist machine operator or a versatile groundworker, your "blacktop" knowledge is highly valued. Qualified: You hold a mandatory Green or Blue CSCS Card. You also possess CPCS or NPORS tickets for specific plant (such as Paver, Roller, or Skid Steer), and having an NRSWA (Streetworks) qualification is a brilliant advantage.
