We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead site teams across industrial cleaning and hazardous waste management projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of projects, acting as the key link between site teams, clients and management.

The Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations across multiple projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.
You'll lead teams on-site, coordinate resources, solve operational challenges and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise and support site operatives.
* Allocate tasks and resources effectively.
* Plan and organise daily site activities.
* Coordinate labour, equipment and operational resources.
* Monitor project progress against timescales, budgets and quality standards.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and management.
* Act as the main point of contact on-site.
* Build strong working relationships with clients.
* Provide project updates and resolve issues professionally
* Support pre-project planning meetings.
Essential
* Previous supervisory experience within industrial cleaning, environmental services or a similar industry.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
* Good IT skills for reporting and project documentation.
Desirable
* Experience within hazardous waste management.
* Knowledge of RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.
* Experience dealing directly with clients and managing multiple projects.
Additional Information
The role requires flexibility to support emergency call-outs and occasional out-of-hours or weekend work as part of a planned rota, depending on operational requirements.
