Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Applications Practice. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across ERP, HCM and EPM, acting as the customer advocate to drive service excellence and business growth.

You will lead service reviews, manage escalations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple industries, delivering results within ITIL/ISO20000 governance.
