Order & Inventory Operations Specialist

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking an orderly and proactive Order Fulfillment Coordinator to receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cut-off times, and SLA requirements.

You will monitor order status, highlight delays or exceptions, and liaise with warehouse, transport, and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment, while communicating special handling instructions and VAS requirements.
