Key Responsibilities Contact prospective parents and adult learners to discuss educational support options Manage inbound and outbound sales activity across multiple lead channels Build rapport quickly and confidently handle objections Convert enquiries into consultations and enrolments Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets Maintaining strong activity and productivity levels Delivering excellent customer experience while remaining commercially focused Taking ownership of individual performance and development Positively contributing to a high-performance sales culture Essential Strong previous sales experience Confident communicator with strong telephone manner Resilient, motivated and commercially focused Strong objection handling and closing skills Good organisational and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team culture Desirable 3 years outbound dialler experience or strong equivalent experience CRM experience Experience within education, training or service-led sales environments Full time (on site) role, 37.5 hours per week worked over 5 day.
