This rewarding role is ideal for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting young people through outdoor education, life skills development, PSHE, and emotional wellbeing interventions. You will play a key role in engaging pupils through practical and therapeutic learning experiences, helping them develop confidence, resilience, independence, and positive relationships. The role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.
