Outpatient Clinic Coordinator — Caring Admin Lead

NHS Grampian is inviting applications for an Outpatient Administration Band 3 Clinic Co-ordinator based at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin. This full-time post (37 hours) runs Monday to Friday and offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.

The successful applicant will require excellent communication, IT and interpersonal skills to manage busy outpatient activity, with occasional travel to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary or other NHS Grampian sites.
