Are you an Oxbridge graduate with the academic ability, confidence and drive to support pupils in a successful and ambitious secondary school?
A fantastic secondary school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets is searching for an exceptional Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor to join their team from September 2026. This full-time role is perfect for a graduate who is passionate about education, social mobility and considering a future career as a secondary teacher.
You will work closely with pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5, supporting them in lessons, leading small-group interventions and helping them make strong academic progress.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Oxbridge graduate who wants to use their academic background to inspire students, raise attainment and support pupils with university aspirations, including Russell Group and Oxbridge pathways.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:
- Support pupils in your specialist subject area
- Deliver small-group and 1:1 academic interventions
- Assist teachers during lessons across KS3-KS5
- Support GCSE and A Level intervention sessions
- Help stretch high-achieving pupils and support those working below target ← Back to job search
