Personal Assistant   Location: Bolton Salary: Up to £35,000 doe Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week   Are you an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? Do you enjoy being the trusted right-hand support to senior leaders while keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes?   Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive PA to provide executive support to two Managing Directors. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating business activities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Head Office.   Benefits: Salary up to £30,000 doe Permanent role Monday to Friday working hours. Ongoing training and professional development.  Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated executive support to two Managing Directors. Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute supporting documentation. Take meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions. Arrange UK travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Manage emails, correspondence, and incoming communications. Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and business documentation. Maintain confidential records and sensitive information. Coordinate company meetings, events, and hospitality. Support the day-to-day running of the Head Office, including office supplies and facilities. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Assist with document control, electronic approvals, and company administration. Support business projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills/Experience required: We're looking for someone who is professional, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator. Experience supporting Directors or senior leadership teams. Excellent diary and calendar management skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
