What you’ll be doing as PA & Legal Team Assistant at Wrigleys Solicitors? This is a varied role, providing high-quality support to fee earners, combining traditional PA responsibilities with legal administration to help matters progress smoothly and clients receive an excellent service. Key responsibilities: Provide proactive PA support to fee earners, including diary management, inbox monitoring, travel arrangements and workload coordination. Organise client and internal meetings, preparing agendas, papers, meeting packs and associated logistics. Prepare, format, amend and proofread legal documents, correspondence, reports, presentations and other client-facing materials. Support client onboarding and matter opening processes, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and anti-money laundering requirements. Maintain accurate electronic filing, document management and case management records, ensuring client and matter information remains up to date. Assist with billing and financial administration, including preparing draft bills, processing invoices, monitoring outstanding actions, supporting expense claims and helping fee earners meet financial targets and client deadlines. Act as a professional first point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, handling enquiries promptly and building positive working relationships. Support the delivery of client events, seminars, webinars and networking activities. Assist with file management, including file reviews, closures and archiving in line with firm procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Business Support team, providing cover during absences and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient working practices. What we’re looking for in a PA & Legal Team Assistant: Previous experience in a PA, Legal Secretary, Legal Administrative Assistant or similar professional services role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional communication and client care skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document/case management systems.
