Package Manager £55,000£65,000 + Benefits West London Full-Time / Permanent A major construction programme in West London is underway, involving large-scale new build facilities, complex utilities, and multiple engineering and commercial workstreams. Were looking for a Package Manager who can take ownership of delivery, lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure each package is completed safely, compliantly and to the highest standard. If you enjoy driving progress, coordinating technical and commercial priorities, and keeping delivery on track, this role will suit you. YOUR NEW ROLE Lead delivery of allocated project packages Coordinate engineering, commercial, procurement and construction activities Set package objectives and delivery strategies Ensure design information, resources and approvals are in place before works start Manage budgets, forecasts and change control Own package programmes and monitor progress against milestones Resolve technical issues and support buildability reviews Drive right-first-time quality and compliance Manage subcontractor performance and stakeholder relationships Provide leadership to package teams and support junior staff ABOUT YOU Experience managing packages on major construction or infrastructure projects Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability Confident coordinating technical interfaces and resolving issues Skilled communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability HNC/Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline CSCS Black Card & SMSTS Temporary works knowledge desirable Professional membership (CIOB, ICE, APM) beneficial SALARY AND BENEFITS £55,000£65,000 Car allowance Competitive pension Electric vehicle scheme BUPA healthcare and cash plan Eyecare vouchers Cycle to work scheme 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off Reference Number: PM-WL-01 To be considered for this position or other opportunities, contact Tash Johnson at Equal Resourcing Ltd or click "Apply Now."
