Packing Operative

Packing Operative Moira, Swadlincote £12.96 Per hour We are looking for Packing Operatives to join a team at leading manufacturers based in Moira, Swadlincote, DE12. The role involves taking product and putting into specifically designed bag, packaging or boxing and then packaging for dispatch.  There are a few elements to the role, and you will move between these tasks throughout the day. This makes the role varied, however does involve you standing for a number of hours through the day and some parts of the process will be manual. You would need a keen eye for detail to ensure quality throughout the whole process. This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis. Once employees secure a permanent position, they are enrolled in the company's share scheme and become eligible for annual bonuses. The bonus amount is dependent on the company's profits and performance each year, so it can vary.
