Packing Operator Location: Eastwood, Todmorden Hours of Work: Sunday: 8:00pm - 12:00am Monday to Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am Overtime available Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour PROMAN is recruiting a Packing Operator on behalf of a well-established commercial egg supplier based in Todmorden. The company supplies cafés, shops, and other businesses across Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, and the surrounding areas. Duties and Responsibilities Preparing boxes and packaging materials for production Packing eggs into cartons and trays, ensuring they are positioned correctly to prevent damage Labelling products accurately and ensuring all required regulatory information is included Operating packing machinery safely and efficiently Palletising and wrapping finished products ready for storage or dispatch Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the production area and machinery Assisting with basic stock control and inventory checks Requirements Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to identify cracked or damaged eggs Basic literacy and numeracy skills to check batch numbers, dates, and stock quantities Physically fit and able to lift boxes weighing up to 20-25kg Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and packing environment Benefits Immediate starts available Overtime opportunities Permanent positions available for the right candidates If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply via this advert or contact the PROMAN Heywood office for further information.
