Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist Location: Albrighton, Wolverhampton, WV7 3FA Salary: Up to £45,000 plus Bonus Hours: Full-time Are you a Registered Children's Nurse looking for a role that offers a better work-life balance while allowing you to make a real difference? At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide specialist care for children with complex health needs in their own homes. Due to internal progression, we are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children, families, and care teams across the West Midlands and Shropshire. You will be responsible for: * Managing paediatric complex care caseloads * Creating and reviewing personalised care plans * Delivering clinical training and competency assessments * Supporting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers * Ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant care * Building strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams Essential Requirements for our paediatric clinical nurse specialist role: * NMC Registered Children's Nurse * Minimum 3 years' post-registration experience * Experience in paediatric complex care, PICU, critical care, A&E, or community nursing * Tracheostomy, ventilation, airway management, and enteral feeding experience * Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
