Paint Prepper Location: MarlowSalary: £35,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:0016:30, Friday 08:0012:30 (Enjoy an early finish every week!)This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its employees, provides a supportive working environment, and offers genuine opportunities for long-term career development.The Role As a Prepper , your responsibilities will include:Preparing components and products for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaningInspecting surfaces and identifying defects that require rectificationApplying primers and preparing materials ahead of the paint processUsing hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standardsEnsuring parts are correctly masked and protected before paintingAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher , or within a similar manufacturing environmentExperience preparing metal, composite, or automotive components for paintingStrong knowledge of sanding, masking, filling, and surface preparation techniquesThe ability to follow work instructions and technical specificationsWhat's on Offer?
